If posed this question during your interview with Teleperformance, it is best to come prepared to talk openly and honestly about any salary requirements that you have. The best way to discuss your salary expectations is to use your current earnings as an example. Transparency is the best choice when salary-based questions arise, but you also want to do your research on the role you are interviewing for ahead of time to ensure that your expectations meet what Teleperformance is compensating staff for the job.

"Currently, I earn a base salary of 45,000 per year plus a potential 20% annual bonus. Last year my earnings were 52,000, and I would like to stay in the same range or slightly higher if I were fortunate enough to join the Teleperformance team."

Marcie's Feedback
If you've already negotiated the salary, then great. If not, consider giving the interviewer a range that would be acceptable to you (avoid giving a specific number so you don't pigeonhole yourself). Explain that you're flexible but that you believe you're worth a certain amount because of all you have to offer (and then mention some of the skills, experience, and qualities that you bring to the table). Good job!
