As an organization, Teleperformance lives and breathes a culture of social responsibility. Some of their efforts have included huge donations for disaster relief victims, toy drives for underprivileged children, and computer donations to impoverished schools. In looking to consider you to join the Teleperformance team, your interviewer would like to know that you are socially responsible and a team player - even outside of the workplace. Your answer can be as simple as babysitting your grandkids every Sunday, to a standing-volunteer gig, to charitable contributions. No matter how you answer, make sure to give your interviewer the impression that you are a believer in giving back to those in need.

"I work a lot, but when I do have free time, I spend that with my grandkids. It helps to give my son a bit of a break as he is a full-time single dad. In addition to this, I volunteer at the local drop-in center every Christmas to help feed the homeless. Giving back is very important to me and I'd be very proud to come work for an organization like Teleperformance that has this same mindset."

Since I don’t come from a very wealthy background, my parents always taught me to give back in the small things at least — helping your neighbors by babysitting, while they enjoy a few hours without anyone else, cleaning the litter from the park next to your apartment, helping the community in need that’s close to you by any means whatsoever.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that your family always encouraged you to help others in small ways. Do you have any more recent examples from college that you can include here? Is there an example you can include of a specific time when you helped a family member, friend, or stranger and they expressed their gratitude? You might also want to talk about your desire to give back to your community in other ways as you get older and become more established. Good job!
