At some point during your time with them, your interviewer wants to know that your reactions to problems on the job at Teleperformance would reflect maturity and professionalism. How you react will significantly determine how you fit with the team at Teleperformance. Perhaps your computer crashes, and you realize you may have just lost all of your hard work. Or maybe you are limited on time and have a deadline rapidly approaching. Demonstrate to the interviewer that you take a very methodical approach to problem-solving, rather than reacting in an impulsive way when a problem occurs. If you have an example of a time where you effectively handle a significant problem on the job, explain how your initial reaction to that problem ended up paying dividends in the end.

"When a major problem arises, my first instinct is to take a step back and absorb what just happened. I then go into brainstorm mode, jotting down potential ways to resolve the issue. From there, I can generally use a pros and cons list to determine the best course of action for a fast and amicable resolution. I would take this same approach for any issues that would arise at Teleperformance."

Instead of becoming frustrated, I would review my options, stay collected in my thoughts, and handle any task that presented itself as a mountain.

So your first reaction would be to remain calm? That's good! Can you explain why this is so important? Also, can you provide an example of a time when you successfully handled an on-the-job problem by staying calm? This will reassure the interviewer that you're capable of reacting in this way.
Anonymous Answer
This depends on the exact situation, but my first reaction is to take a deep breath and look at things from the outside, without feeling overwhelmed.
I explore different solutions and choose the most suitable one, if the problem still occurs, I look at what I learned from the first try and perfect the way of dealing with the problem.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you would try to remain calm so that you can examine the problem objectively. Is there an example you can provide of a time when you did this successfully? It's also good that you mention exploring different solutions and learning from past mistakes and problems. Excellent!
