Strong time management skills are important for the staff at Teleperformance. How do you manage your time, even on the busiest days?

"I manage my time by exercising the idea of time-blocking. This approach means that I won't incessantly check my email and worry about what comes in every five minutes. Rather, I will allow myself to return emails in 30-minute time blocks, four times per day. This allows me to stay focused on project work and deadlines that I have approaching without worrying about my email. Setting calendar alerts and personal deadlines for myself has also helped a lot."

Before starting work in the morning I create a list, where I prioritize my deadlines, I make a schedule for the day and insert small breaks to refresh my way of thinking and body posture, I find this to be the most efficient way I’ve practiced it for years now.
