Your interviewer is aware of the fact that engaged employees are always the most productive and they'll be looking to hear that you are an employee that would always be engaged in bettering the services that Teleperformance provides if hired for this role. Assure the interviewer that you are capable of being an involved team member by assisting, in some way, to the end goal of the corporation, and keep in mind that they are looking for you to give a specific example.

"My current employer had an extreme interest in giving back to the community. So much so that we, as a group, logged our volunteer hours and it was treated as another KPI. We would review our community contributions on a quarterly basis. Our goal was always to hit a minimum of 500 volunteer hours per quarter which meant that everyone would volunteer one day per month. It was a great initiative and one that I happily participated in."

We would review our community contributions every quarter. Everyone would volunteer two days a month. I had an awesome time doing that.

Who is 'we'? Remember that the interviewer doesn't know your story or what you do. Give details about the job and what community contributions are. Explain what you did when you volunteered and whether or not your team achieved the corporate goal or not. The more details you provide, the more memorable your response will be to the interviewer. Good job!

Despite the fact I haven’t been in a corporate role yet, I feel the best way of contributing is by giving your day-to-day work the most you can, this way you’re able to ensure the success and growth of the company over the long term.
Marcie's Feedback
This is a good response but consider including an example of a time when you helped an organization or team achieve a goal. It's okay if it's school or sports-related. The interviewer just wants to know that you're able to contribute and work as part of a team to accomplish a goal. Good job!
