Additionally, how you answer this question will help them evaluate your ability to identify the benefits and drawbacks of each of the five leadership personality styles; authoritarian, participative, delegative, transactional, and transformational, as well as your approach to each type.

Think about the leadership style which has inspired or motivated you most. Whether inspiring innovation in others by assigning tasks equitably, based on skill, preference, or randomly, determine which approach you've found most effective and speak to its merits. Also consider the core values that apply, "One Team, working together despite the distance. Respectfully speaking up, exchanging feedback, and boldly sharing ideas without fear. It's on me. Taking personal responsibility for your work and contributions to our culture, winning with integrity, doing the right thing, even when it's difficult." Take all of this into consideration before formulating your answer.
