Assure the interviewer that you are engaged when it comes to your field and expand your knowledge through a variety of sources. If you belong to any groups/organizations/societies within your line of work, now is a great time to discuss those memberships and the benefits you reap from them. Podcasts, seminars, conferences, and webinars are also great tools to stay current on industry changes. And lastly, don't hesitate to discuss any network of contacts you have within your industry to prove that you are connected to insights from many sources.
