Before your interview, put some serious thought into the qualities you would find in an ideal employer. Your research on the organization and the job will give some good insight into the company culture and can provide some great tidbits to include in your answer. Be specific in your response while keeping the conversation positive. Avoid speaking poorly of any previous managers or organizations.

I am at the point in my career where I want to leave a legacy that made an impact on healthcare. I think the ideal company has a mission to not just make money, but to make the communities they serve live longer and happier lives. I think the mission of Cardinal to provide caregivers with affordable tools to help patients definitely fits that ideal.
