Talking about your most significant professional accomplishment will give the interviewer an idea of where you place your values as they consider you for their team. It will also show the interviewer more about your personality, how you like to be motivated, and how to coach you in the future.
"The greatest accomplishment in my career was graduating from college as an honors student while still working full time in a related field. I was top of my class, and working full time. This success showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career, and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and receive recognition for my dedication."

It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question, as you should be proud of your achievements. Think back to an accomplishment from your career that you feel you worked the hardest for. Some examples include being asked to mentor new employees, receiving a promotion, being awarded 'employee of the month,' or obtaining a specialty certification in your field. Show that you are proud of yourself and your career accomplishments as you answer this question to give your interviewer the sense that you will be motivated to continue achieving great things in your career.
"The work accomplishment I am most proud of was being promoted to a senior management position after working at my previous job for only two years. No one in the company's history was promoted to a senior management level before working for the company for five years, so I was quite honored to have been recognized for my hard work and dedication to the company."

My greatest accomplishment was landing a position in hospital sales. I built strong relationships by earning the right to ask for repeat business. I demonstrated my active listening skills, needs assessments, good communication, and follow-up and follow-through skills. I achieved 100% of my goals from month to month with a 95% conversion ratio.

To make this response feel even more impactful, I suggest briefly naming those goals (in other words, it's great that you achieved 100% of your goals, but what were those goals exactly?) You also may wish to include a few words on what the 95% conversion rate means. Your goal here is to leave your interviewer feeling very confident in your ability to achieve and exceed goals.

The most revenue-gaining accomplishment I've made was creating the strategy that led to increasing the gross revenue of my last portfolio by double in 3 years. We did that by accomplishing several strategic objectives including price adjustments, introduction of new technology, and increasing our marketing presence online as well as increasing the training with our sales team.
