It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question, as you should be proud of your achievements. Think back to an accomplishment from your career that you feel you worked the hardest for. Some examples include being asked to mentor new employees, receiving a promotion, being awarded 'employee of the month,' or obtaining a specialty certification in your field. Show that you are proud of yourself and your career accomplishments as you answer this question to give your interviewer the sense that you will be motivated to continue achieving great things in your career.
