I believe that diversity and inclusion are important because it brings synergy, diverse ideas, and creativity, it may bring camaraderie and teamwork to help make a more productive and efficient work environment.

Stephanie's Feedback
It's great to hear that you embrace diversity and inclusion, but I suggest making this response more specific and personable, What does embracing diversity mean to you? (Example: do you value working with folks from different backgrounds, races, gender identities, ages, countries of origin, etc?) While your response comes across as very positive and open-minded, it feels a bit generic. Providing a few more specifics here is key!

I firmly believe in diversity and inclusion. Differences are what make our teams more balanced and the outcomes of projects are better-rounded and stronger because of the different perspectives, experiences, and biases of the people who put them together.

Jaymie's Feedback
You're spot on! Our differences can bring creativity, innovation, and new perspectives and insights to the team. A diverse workforce also better represents the client and/or patient groups.
