Before your interview, consider other areas within the company that interest you. It's okay to dream about your potential career with the organization, so don't hesitate to discuss a particular position you envision working in. For example, you might be interviewing for a forklift operator position but dream of becoming a Supply Chain Inventory and Purchasing Manager in the next three to five years. Whatever your goals, now is the time to share them with the interviewer, showing you will be a long-term fit if hired.

If I could manage any portfolio at Cardinal, I honestly would love to start with nutrition, just like I'm interviewing for here. I feel like my experience with tubing and bags, as well as bioprocessing in general is valuable in giving me a way to hit the ground running in this portfolio. I am interested in learning about the other product offerings Cardinal has in more depth as I progress through this role.
