"I grew up in a household where hard work and dedication were ingrained into me from a young age. While it wasn't always fun as a young child and teenager, I can't thank my parents enough for teaching me the value of hard work and that nothing in life gets handed to you. If I'm fortunate enough to join your team at Air Canada, I'm confident that you won't find a more hard-working and dedicated individual than me."

I am quite persistent in finding the root cause of any problems so that I can adequately prepare for it should it happen again or so that I can prevent it from ever happening again. That's my mantra; in this sense, this would be a great help when it comes to customer service and, in due course, process improvement and best practices for any service industry!

This is a stand-out quality that will prove valuable in any workplace or industry. Good work!
