"I know that as a new graduate here at Air Canada, it will be vital for me to respect other senior staff and to earn their trust from day one. Some of the ways I would do this would be by making sure they have time for my questions and being accountable for my actions. I believe in walking the talk, and my colleagues would see that from my first day here."

I think it is important to understand your role/position during your in-flight service as a flight attendant. Once you have mastered your position, do well in it, and are on top of things, you can lend a hand to your co-workers without compromising your priorities. It, in turn, builds trust, as your co-workers will feel that you can be relied upon at all times in all scenarios.

Rachelle's Feedback
These are excellent tips; however, I recommend personalizing by using "I" rather than "you." This changes the approach from being a 'lesson' for the interviewer into a dedicated response.
