At Virgin Atlantic, exceptional customer service is our priority. How will you ensure that our service standards are continually met?
When sharing your brand of customer service, try to frame it in the context of what it would be like working with Virgin Atlantic. Tie in your service standard with your knowledge of the company. "We're all about making sure our customers' travel experience is the best in the industry."
"I understand through my research and exposure to your company that customers always come first. I wholeheartedly agree that the customer must be taken care of, even beyond their expectations. So, I will ensure that your customer service standards are continually met by following your service protocols, exactly. I am always willing to lend a hand, and am a happy person, which creates a positive environment for customers."
"I feel like Virgin's culture is my culture. So, I would simply come to work being myself, rather, my best self, which would be easy because I'd be doing what I enjoy doing, and I love my work."
