How to Prep
The most direct way to prepare for this question is to ask your current or former employer how they would describe you. Having this conversation can help you prepare and also set the stage for them to offer you a positive reference should the hiring company elect to reach out to them. Write down what they say and think about how you could effectively paraphrase their thoughts in an interview.
In the event you cannot speak with them openly about your new opportunity, think about positive feedback they have offered in the past. Consider remarks they may have made in team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and annual reviews.
