Walk your interviewer through the method you use to manage your time in whatever role you currently have. If you're a student or currently unemployed, be authentic and demonstrate your ability to effectively use your time even though you aren't working for a specific company. The goal is to show that you know how to prioritize and get the most out of each day.

If your current schedule is significantly different than what you expect to do as a relationship banker, be sure to mention that you have researched the role thoroughly and you are confident your time management skills will allow you to effectively navigate your days at the financial institution you're interviewing with.

I am currently a personal banker, so I plan my day around my customers. I arrive before the bank opens and I check emails and check my schedule for appointments. I then ready myself for whatever clients need assistance first thing when the bank opens. They are usually trying to handle their banking quickly and get to their jobs, so I make sure I am available to them and ready to help with whatever they may need. I also keep my schedule open during normal lunch hours because there is sometimes a rush of people who come in during their breaks. I go to meetings on occasion, and I use my remaining time to answer phone messages and follow up with clients on important matters as needed.
