I am looking for a long-term career with Nav Canada. In 5 years, I would like to be the best at my job. I would like to be one of the most knowledgeable and capable people on my team. The person that others come to for help. And if possible, I would like to train people for this position. I enjoy seeing people grow, learn and be confident in their roles.
