It's necessary to come prepared with questions for your interview. It is also common for many of those questions to answer themselves throughout the interview before you've had a chance to ask them. Come equipped with enough questions that showcase your curiosity and intuitive nature. While doing your homework and reviewing the NAV CANADA website, take note of any questions that arise. The more you ask about the company, the more you'll communicate your desire to work for them. Lastly, don't ask any questions you could have answered by visiting their homepage or thoroughly reading the job posting. Put effort into it and go above and beyond.

How was the person who held this role previously regarded by the rest of their teams, and how difficult will it be for someone new to earn their trust? Also, do you have internal candidates also interviewing for this position?"

I am having a tough time understanding your first question. The last question should be softened as its much too aggressive and assumptive. I have offered an example, below.
"Thank you for asking! Could you share with me the next steps in the interview process? Do you have a timeline for your decision?"

You answered quite a few of the questions that I had prepared, but there are a couple more that I would like to ask:
1. Can you please elaborate on the length of training for this position?
2. What are your expectations of trainees?

Good question! You might want to come up with a couple more. Having about three thoughtful questions up your sleeve for the interviewer is best. Nice job!
