"The greatest accomplishment in my career was graduating from University as an honors student while working full-time in a related field. I was at the top of my class while working full-time. This success showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career and reach the goals I set for myself through determination alone. It felt great to accomplish so much and receive recognition for my dedication. But most importantly, I felt the greatest accomplishment in this was learning what I was capable of."

I would say my greatest work-related accomplishment is when I was promoted to my current position, that of a department manager. When I became serious about my career I set a goal of reaching the highest position possible within the company and finally achieving that gave me a great deal of satisfaction knowing that I put my mind to something and work hard I can achieve it.

Awesome! This is definitely an impressive achievement. Can you talk a bit more about what you did to accomplish this goal? What steps did you take to get promoted? The more details, the better! Good job!

My greatest accomplishment occurred in my previous summer student position as a cashier. I noticed my colleagues often had difficulty finding files, customer orders, and more - which reduced productivity, specifically during busy periods. So I took it upon myself to organize these filing systems to make the process much quicker and smoother. After, I and my colleagues were able to find any files in a timely manner with this new organization system

Nice! This example clearly shows how your actions benefited the company. This should impress the interviewer and enable them to envision how you might help them too. Good job!
