"I would have to say Alexander Graham Bell is one of my heroes. A true innovator and also an aviator. Besides inventing the telephone, among many other innovations, he spent most of his adult life in Canada, where he was involved in several aeronautical projects around the turn of the century. These included experiments with tetrahedral box kites in the 1890s. Later, he even became part of the Aerial Experiment Association, which designed, built, and flew the Silver Dart in 1909."

I've always thought of my dad as my hero, He's one of the smartest and hardest-working men I've ever met. Without ever attending middle school he was able to not only become a Journeyman sheet metal worker but score the highest in the entire province during his studies. He sets an example for me that I strive toward.

Wow! Can you talk more about his journey and what you witnessed personally? What qualities does he possess that you strive to emulate? The more details you can add, the more memorable your answer will be to the interviewer. Excellent!

My hero or heroes, are my children. And not because I raised them! Watching them grow into young adults and face the challenges of youth these days is incredibly inspiring to me. They face the challenges head-on, with no fear, and learn from those challenges in a really positive way.

Jaymie's Feedback
This is such a personal question and you gave a very genuine and heart-felt answer. Well done.

My father is my role model. I consider him a worthy role model because of how he manages multiple businesses of his own while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. He completes all his work in a timely manner and never misses family events. I especially admire this quality and apply it to my professional life to help me complete projects. I have learned to balance my work and organize it according to its level of importance and urgency.
Marcie's Feedback
Awesome! It sounds like your father has found success in an area where many others struggle. Good for him and it's great that you can emulate that in your own life. Nice!
