Greatly so, I believe its one of my greatest qualities. I can usually see problems from angles people hadn't considered before. As I mentioned before most of my hobbies facilitate this sort of mindset. So I'm always prepared for out-of-the-box thinking. I'm often required to come up with creative solutions on the fly and find I flourish in that kind of environment.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! You definitely sound like a creative thinker, which is awesome. Can you provide a specific example here of a time when you used your creativity to solve a problem?
Anonymous Answer
I do consider myself a creative person, especially when it comes to solving problems. Sometimes a problem can't be solved the conventional way, and it takes a creative mind to look at it from all possible angles to find the best solution.

Jaymie's Feedback

I absolutely consider myself to be a creative individual. I have never considered myself creative in the traditional sense of being artistic. I am, however, a very creative individual when it comes to new ways to motivate my team and solve problems.
Marcie's Feedback
