This question helps the interviewer evaluate your emotional intelligence and determination as a career-minded professional. Someone who becomes emotional when being scrutinized, judged, or criticized might grow defensive or feel victimized. Someone who can objectify the situation, learn from the evaluation and grow will be more likely to seek feedback or input rather than waiting for it to come to them. You can't always predict what they may say or how you might feel in response. But learning how to respond when given a performance review or negative feedback is essential. As they state on their contact page, "Your questions and your feedback are important to us, helping us improve our services. We want to hear from you." This should be your approach as well.
