"That is a great question, and I appreciate that you consider continued education options for your employees. If I could take any related coursework, I would choose to learn more about transportation systems for public travel. Aside from the training I would receive here at NAV CANADA, are there any particular courses you recommend?"

"Continued education is vital because it allows me to remain current and competitive in this industry. Last year, I was given the opportunity to take a course in A and another in B. For a while, I considered taking a course in XYZ. At this point, however, I would rather accrue more on-the-job working experiences as part of my career goals and have no plans to return to school. Are there any courses you recommend I take to round out my experience?"

I would choose the programming of Python and AI-related course; because AI can help the Nav Canada's system to eliminate some of the repetitive errors, they are making. And python is for the prerequisite part of AI program.

Excellent answer! Can you talk a bit more about why you feel this type of information will benefit you in this role? Otherwise, asking the interviewer if they have any recommendations is a nice touch (it shows you value their input). Good job!

Continuing education is very important to me. I enjoy keeping my mind active and learning new things. I would like to take something that directly benefits my role and career path. For this career, I would like to take something related to aviation and navigation. A course on weather patterns.

Great job!

I would take accounting. A degree in accounting is one of the most versatile business degrees today. An accounting degree allows you to learn how to audit information, analyze financial information, scrutinize budgets, and maintain records.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! Are you detail-oriented and/or analytical like an accountant? Consider mentioning the personality traits that would enable you to succeed in both this profession as well as in your target role.
