"While researching NAV CANADA and the local market, I saw a few competitors in our area. What stood out to me was the enthusiasm of your team when I first applied and the fact that you recently won the coveted Transportation Leadership Award. I love how you offer different ways to work, including shift schedules and flexible work arrangements. NAV CANADA also fosters different ways to learn and grow throughout one's career. I have always wanted to work for Nav Canada, after My graduation from the Electronics program. I will tell you a story as to why; my professor gave a presentation about the companies we can work after out graduation, in that list Nav Canada was one them, I research the company and found that it is providing good challenging career opportunities as an employee, for their customers they have about 40,000 customers for which they are working for using modern and latest technology types of equipment. So, I get a chance to work with this as being a technologist.

Rachelle's Feedback
This is a wonderful, and well researched response. Good story!

Nice! Can you go into more detail about what the company does to provide growth and opportunity to its employees? How does it respect its employees? Then explain why this appeals to you so much. And try to remind the interviewer that while you expect to benefit from being hired, you also can't wait for the company to benefit from you too. Good job!
