One of Nav Canada's four Pillars states, "Safety is at the core - It is integral to everything we do and continues to mature as the industry evolves," and they go on to say, "Since NAV CANADA was founded in 1996, safety has been our top priority. We work with aviation stakeholders and partners to identify and manage risks, develop new standards and tools, and build a company-wide culture of safety. Visit the Safety page to learn how safety is core to everything we do."

"Workplace health and safety are critical topics. Everyone should be at the top of their game to ensure no detail is lost and everyone is focused on safety. Without a healthy work environment, morale will be low, which creates an environment that fosters accidents and low productivity. I have multiple safety-related tickets, including X, Y, and Z. In my current position, I have had zero accidents in three years. If hired at NAV CANADA, you can be assured that I would exceed your safety expectations."

Workplace safety and employee health are a top priority for me. Any safety concerns are always the first issues I deal with on any given day. I also put employee morale and mental health as a big focus. A negative environment promotes low productivity and accidents. I have my first-level first aid. I have had zero accidents in the last 5 years in my current position and you can expect that record to continue should you hire me.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! Your stat is impactful. What kinds of safety concerns have you dealt with in the past? What have you done exactly to promote employee morale and mental health?

Workplace health and safety is very important to me. I was happy to see Nav Canada had it as one of their Four Pillars as well. When a person or employee feels safe, they are more comfortable in their roles and more apt to create friendships and work together. This fosters good team morale and a healthy environment as a whole.

Jaymie's Feedback
Excellent! It's always impactful when you can include company research in your answer.

Workplace safety and employee health is the number one priority. Safety should be at the core of everything.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you believe in the importance of an employee's safety and health, but why do you think that? Can you discuss the ways they impact an employee? Also, how will you ensure that you and your coworkers stay safe once you're on the job? (Will you follow SOPs? Quickly report problems? Take breaks to stay recharged?)
