I enjoy the predictability of having a day-to-day routine, I'm good at what I do and consistently helps with that. That being said If every day was exactly the same it would grow boring quite quickly. Having a change in the workplace keeps me learning and improving. I'm always quick to adapt to any situation and do what needs to be done.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! You strike a nice balance here. It's clear that you enjoy both having a routine and experiencing occasional changes in your schedule. If you can support these assertions with an example or two, even better.
Anonymous Answer
There are benefits to both, and while there is some comfort in a day-to-day routine, I enjoy having variety in my day. I enjoy the challenge when a new task or responsibility pops up that needs to be dealt with ASAP. And I am usually the one that volunteers to take it on.

Jaymie's Feedback
Great answer! This shows the interviewer that you're flexible and can adapt to whatever the business needs.

I prefer to occasionally mix up my routine and vary my tasks and responsibilities. However, I would love to work either.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you're open to either. Can you talk more about why you prefer variation in your daily role? Does this increase the challenge and therefore eliminate boredom for you? Make sure to align your response with what this role will require of you.
