"My current work situation is quite independent; however, as a result, I enjoy every social interaction and get along with everyone I work with. I also volunteer weekly at the local homeless shelter. Every week, there are new volunteers with a variety of personalities always coming and going, and some regular faces too. I am confident in my ability to work productively and harmoniously with multiple personalities in a close-working environment."

Rachelle's Feedback
The wording on this sounds negative. Touching on other countries isn't exactly personality based and could be misread by the interviewer. I have provided an example for you.
"I appreciate a diverse team environment, and successfully embraced this in my previous job. From that information, I can quickly assess the best way to approach them and create healthy collaborations."

Great! Mention specific ways you would foster team cohesiveness (think back to crew appreciation weekends!)
