"I take good care of myself every day. In my off hours, I exercise, meditate, and read a lot. These help me maintain an emotional balance, and I am rarely governed by stress. Stress is part of any demanding job, and whenever I experience it, I embrace it to the fullest. Stress is an emotional energy, and all energy should be utilized towards something good. I use that energy as fuel to keep moving forward and acting decisively and fast. It helps me prioritize my workload and perform at my best."

"I handle stress very well, and when you call my references, they will attest to this fact. When I am under pressure on the job, I focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. I delegate when necessary, keep my eye on the ball, and stay on deadline, rarely getting rattled by the stress on the job. Once everything is said and done, I might go for a walk or a run to alleviate some stress. But I never let it get the best of me."

I handle stress very well, when on the job I just keep focused on task and make sure not to get distracted. Stress is part of any demanded job but I don't let it rule me. I have several healthy ways of dealing with stress outside of work such as diving into my hobbies or spending time with my family.

Nice! It's great that you mention some ways you alleviate stress. Consider talking more specifically about some of the stress you've successfully managed before on the job. Prove to the interviewer that you're fully capable of thriving in this type of atmosphere.

I do activities that calm me. I enjoy playing volleyball, running, doing yoga, or any other physical activities that relax me. I journal to ensure I get everything out on paper and do not bring it in the next day with me. Stress is a kind of motivation for me, it pushes me to do my best.
