As part of this Administrative Fellowship program, you will be working with high-level leaders across the organization. As part of that work, you'll be helping to develop new and innovative solutions to real-world healthcare issues and part of that process will entail disagreements. Your interviewers first want to hear that you won't shy away from productive disagreements. Fellows are expected to bring new and fresh ideas and they'll want to know that you aren't hesitant to speak your mind. They'll also want to hear that you can be diplomatic in how you have these discussions with leaders.

"I think that it is possible to be a great team member, even when disagreeing with the leader. As a fellow with your administrative team, I would never be hesitant to speak my mind on decisions. This will help me learn and build confidence at the same time. For me, it's all in how you maintain respect for each other despite the difference in opinions on any issues and I would always look to have fruitful conversations in solving problems."

Display to your interviewers that it is possible for you to be a good team member, yet disagree with the leaders from time to time. Explain that you believe everyone is entitled to their own professional opinion, yet capable of maintaining respect for each other at the same time. Show that even if you disagree with the final decision they make, you support the direction the team is heading.
