Who has inspired you in your life and why?

As your interviewers consider their pool of candidates to join their Administrative Fellowship, they'll use a variety of questions to get to know the candidates a bit better personally and gauge how they will fit with their organizational values and culture. This question allows your interviewers some insight into what motivates you.

"I find inspiration in a variety of people and things. I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my grandmother. She always had a smile on her face no matter how hard she worked and she loved everyone. She was well respected and always gave more than she received. I try to live like her as much as I can."

Your biggest inspiration can be any person in your life and can even be a book, television, or movie character. As you think about this prior to your interview, what is important is that you can stress how this person has motivated and inspired you to be the person you are today and the type of Administrative Fellow your interviewers would be bringing aboard.

I find inspiration in many people and things, but my greatest inspiration is my mother. Despite only completing 7th grade, she always encouraged me to pursue my career and better myself. She is always cheering me no matter the outcome.
