"What a great question! The best way to inspire my creative side is to provide me with space to come up with solutions and may even fail once in a while. I come up with my best ideas when I can brainstorm and work through my ideas. The thoughts and ideas of others also inspire me to be creative. I've always been a proponent that teamwork inspires the best new ideas. Innovation will continue to advance patient care into the future and I'm looking forward to helping bring new and creative ideas to your organization over the next year."

Prior to your Administrative Fellowship interview, think back to a time when your creative juices were flowing and put some thought into your surroundings and what resources were available to you. While talking about the ideal environment for you to be creative in, reiterate to your team of interviewers that you are a creative person and that you understand why creative solutions help advance the healthcare industry.
