Prior to your interview, be sure you've done your homework on the mission, culture, and values of the organization and come to your interviewer prepared to talk about them. Quick research on the organization's website can reveal some great things about its culture and values. As you answer, be sure to highlight where your own personal values align and talk about why this is important to you on both a personal and professional level.

Do you learn best by seeing, hearing, reading, writing, or doing? Live demonstration, virtual, or self-paced learning? Do you prefer an environment that is more informal, where you can ask questions and get instant feedback more conversationally, or do you prefer to learn in a formal group setting and have a one-on-one mentor?
