"There are so many healthcare issues that I am passionate about, but if I could choose one, I wish that the general public were more aware of the signs and dangers of undiagnosed childhood diabetes. Growing up, a neighbor and a close family friend went undiagnosed because the parents were simply uneducated on the disease and didn't take their child in for yearly exams. I have witnessed the firsthand impacts of this."

While there is no right or wrong answer to this question, your interviewers want to hear you speak knowledgeably and passionately to know that you would come to their institution as an Administrative Fellow that brings that same passion to your work with them.
