How would your current classmates and professors describe your attention to detail?
A great deal of work that you will do during your Administrative Fellowship will impact and touch patients, families, providers, and staff and your work will need to be very details oriented. During your time with them, your interviewers will want to find out how you prioritize attention to detail in your work.
"My professors would describe my attention to detail as very strong. I can very easily point out spelling discrepancies in communication and will notice the small things in any project I take on. I think big-picture as well but have always had a knack for details."
It is always best to support your reply with a real-life example that proves your ability to be detail-oriented in your work. Talk to the interviewer about your level of attentiveness when it comes to details on the job. Since you've likely provided letters of recommendation in your application materials, you can always try to pull some thoughts of those that wrote your letters and project what they said about your ability to be thorough in your work.

My ability to notice even the slightest spelling error in communication and to scrutinize the minutest details of any project I undertake is unparalleled.
