      This answer is a terrific start! When you unpack a multi-part question like this one, be sure that you have thoroughly answered all parts. 'Do you consider yourself to be a strong relationship builder?' This part of the question should be addressed more directly. Next, it's awesome that you help your co-workers out! One way to strengthen your response would be to include a brief story of a time when you helped a co-worker achieve a goal. I've offered a starter for you below.
