As an IT manager, I have worked with cross-functional teams for over 12 years. In my current role, I collaborate with the system solutions group, EDW group, AI teams, and reporting teams. I will have weekly meetings with my requirements with these teams, come up with project plans, and request the resources accordingly. Planning with clear objectives always helped me to enjoy the cross-platform.

Good start! Can you give more insight into the type of team or industry and the role that you played?
Anonymous Answer
Yes, specifically at __________. I became the lead Esthetician and often collaborated with the leads of other departments such as Hair, Massage, Nails, Front Desk, and Back Office to pitch specials, increase sales, suggest new products and services, and even teach about my successful techniques for sales and client retention. We all had different areas of expertise and it was wonderful being able to share ideas and learn from everyone.
