"The biggest change I have seen in the Insurance industry since my start in 1999 has to do with technology. There are so many great mobile trends now, including apps that make information simple and easy to access. It's been incredible to see."

"I would say that the most significant change to the insurance industry since I joined the industry has been technology and the changes that come with it. The industry has become more competitive because of it. With that said, I encourage the competition because it keeps most people in the industry honest and encourages us all to try harder for our clients."
