Demonstrate your professional maturity by giving examples of times you have received feedback and how you positively reacted to it. There is no need to respond to positive feedback other than saying thank you. Still, in case of negative feedback, I will speak with my manager for details and understand the problem and come up with an action plan, implement it, and then go back to him for feedback.

I greatly appreciate constructive feedback. I know there is always room for improvement so I’d much rather know sooner than later so I can make the necessary changes. If I’m unsure about anything, I will ask for clarification and even mentoring if I feel I truly need it.
