"I can think quickly on the job and respond well to sudden change. Last week, I was asked to tweak a presentation with just 30 minutes' notice. The changes were significant, but luckily, I work well under pressure. The presentation went well, and our clients were happy."
"In my last role, we were often short-staffed, so my assignment and schedule might be set for the week, but my manager may ask me to randomly pivot and meet with a customer in another area or do a presentation for a different company on less than a day's notice. I understand the need to be adaptable and change direction quickly to meet business needs. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, so I have no problem with frequent changes."

Working with ADT in the security industry, technology changes daily. I know I think quickly in response to change, multiple times per day. In fact, working with ________ dealing with recalls was a constant sudden change in work by the hour sometimes with new updates on recalls.

It sounds like you've been faced with sudden change (which is always challenging) and have responded appropriately. In order to make your response feel more impactful. I suggest including a specific example of a change that you had to navigate, why it posed a challenge, and how you stepped up to the plate in response. A specific example will go a long way in strengthening your response!

In the current role, we had a sudden security bug announced by the system vendor, due to which the system could be hacked easily. The challenge is we need to reverse one of the applied patches. I had to devise the plan with my team, and we implemented it within 12 hours. The audit test passed after we did the maintenance, and the security team certified the system's safety. The applications are back, and the client is happy and sent us an appreciation letter to my boss.
