Question 2 of 30

Who do you most admire that serves as a source of inspiration for you?

"I would say there are a few people. One is my uncle. He is something of a rags-to-riches story, and he didn't have much of a support system growing up. But he never stopped believing he could overcome all odds. He taught me early on that when a wall rises before me, don't climb it; walk around it. Another was a professor in college who gave me some strong guiding advice. He believed in me and taught me that a failure isn't a failure as long as I see it as a test. He taught me to never take the same test more than twice. Fail once, he'd say, learn the lesson, then retake the test and pass."

      What You Need to Know

Your role model or figure of inspiration will reveal aspects of your personality or professional philosophy and your approach to life and work. They'll examine the example you offer and consider how well you'd fit into their environment and how you'll work with their teams. It may also help them pair you with a person who'll serve as a mentor for you through the onboarding process.
