This question is an opportunity to make yourself more interesting and relatable. If all goes well, the hiring authority might see you as a more memorable candidate while reviewing all the recording interviews. But this question also tests how consistent you are throughout the interview. How consistent your interview performance is will speak to how consistent your work ethic will be while on the job. Avoid examples that contradict other answers you've provided.

For example, if you previously explained that you keep up with the latest industry news by doing nothing but reading in your spare time, and then answer this question by telling them how you love spending every minute outside of work going to clubs and watching TV, then the interviewer will question the authenticity of your previous answers throughout the interview set.
