How to Answer: Tell me about your airline-related training.
Advice and answer examples written specifically for a Southwest Airlines job interview.
32. Tell me about your airline-related training.
How to Answer
If you are new to the airline industry and haven't received any training specific to this role, consider what training you have that might be transferable to this role (IE: Sales, Safety, Customer Service, Technical, etc.). Before walking your interviewer through any on-the-job training you feel might be helpful, research to ensure it is relatable to what they offer. Regardless of any industry-related training you have been through, Southwest Airlines will provide training specific to their airline as part of your onboarding and continuous development.
