I have worked in the medical insurance field since the late '90s and I have had the privilege of working in various healthcare settings, I had to adapt to needed software update and programs replacement but to be honest, that was nothing compared to working in the healthcare industry that is a call center, there is always for the various reason for the change, so what works for me is that

I and because I am a hands-on person, so just working through process always help me
