      What You Need to Know

      Danone's culture is so established that they refer to themselves as Danoners. Calling themselves Danoners is a badge of honor. You must do your homework before an interview! Danone wants like-minded individuals who enthusiastically embrace and identify with their unique culture that is founded on growth, health for the planet and the person, and sustainability. They want assurances that your ideals align with theirs. It is also helpful if you are familiar with and a loyal customer of their brands. Assure the interviewer that you fit their candidate profile.

      Their website and web pages are extensive. They have pages dedicated to their values, mission, and culture. They value inclusion and diversity. There is a lot to review on their website, so do your homework. Danone wants to find candidates that already share and embrace their outlook and approach. Show them that you are not looking for just any job.
