"When I started working for a food distribution center, I took on a junior sales role with no sales experience, and I was new to the industry. The hiring manager liked my charisma and asked me to hit the ground running. I spent a lot of my time watching sales videos online, learning about the industry and Googling certain terminology, and asking my more experienced co-workers for assistance. I knew that if I gave it my best, I'd be able to find success. I will always take a new challenge on head first, but I am also not above asking my team for help in the meantime."

"I remember driving one of my first shipments to a store and I got completely lost. My GPS did not recognize the remote location and I was beginning to panic. I took a few deep breaths and stopped at a nearby gas station. Luckily, the cashier was able to give me directions and really ended up saving the day."

I suppose life is the process of constantly challenging myself. I worked as an assistant accountant for several months before. But it was new territory for me at the time. It was really a challenge for me. But I took the job anyway, and I knew it was an opportunity for me. I found some videos that taught me how to use and make a financial statement. And then I tried to do it by myself. When I had problems, I don't hesitate to ask other colleagues. On the whole, the job went well. This job helped me break out of my comfort zone.
After that, I often learn some new knowledge outside of school, such as Bloomberg, photoshop, and SPSS. I learn some new knowledge and skills according to my career development plan and interests to broaden my ability.

After finishing training I moved to the weekend night shift and quickly was able to identify the team that was consistently missing in CPH and reliability. They were struggling to hit goals, and they were not being held accountable by their previous OM. I began to track TM performance period to period, as well as reliability weekly, driving follow-up conversations and documenting them accordingly, following up with the bottom performers on a nightly basis. I partnered with HR on repeat misses in safety, quality, prod, and reliability. From there saw a gradual improvement in cph, going from an average of 200 to now seeing around 230, the highest of all 4 packing teams. Also saw an immediate improvement in reliability, driving down lost hours.

This is an excellent answer! You've chosen a really impactful example and shared specific details around the problem, how you worked to solve it, and what the positive outcome was, demonstrating that you have a strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with others to achieve departmental or team goals. Including specific improvements in key performance indicators also helps the interviewer visualize the scope of your achievement and adds even greater credibility to your response.
