"I understand that stress can occur at inopportune times. When I am faced with a stressful situation I will debrief the situation with my manager, take a deep breath, and make a plan of action. I also find that when I have my day scheduled properly, it is more difficult for me to be blindsided by a new task or client need."

I often face pressure in my work and life. When I encounter relatively small pressure, I will turn on the music to relax. If I'm in a stressful situation, I may have trouble making the right choices. I choose to let it go and go out with friends for a party or a big meal. When I regain my composure, I can face unmanageable problems again. Then I will find that things are not so difficult.

The supply chain industry in itself can be stressful at times, as it is ever-changing. I feel I am very calm, cool, and collected in scenarios, and am able to dissect situations and take partners to come up with solutions. Sports has definitely given me a lot of help in this scenario, playing in plenty of high-stress situations and having to react and play on the fly.
