Teamwork is important to us at Anheuser-Busch. Give me an example of a time you collaborated with a coworker to accomplish a goal. Did you enjoy the experience?
Anheuser-Busch is the world's largest brewer, and the enormous global success that they've enjoyed as a brand would not be possible without teamwork. The interviewer wants to know that you are capable of working well with others and that you enjoy collaborating with your teammates.
"In one of my college marketing classes, we were divided into groups to come up with a brand strategy for a new product. I helped delegate responsibilities by asking each person in the group which aspect of branding they were most excited about. Even though each of us had a different role in the project, we communicated ideas and gave each other feedback on what would help us reach the overall goal. It was a great experience because we collaborated so well and created an awesome brand!"
"I currently work in the logistics department and my day-to-day work revolves around teamwork. There are so many moving parts that go into delivering our product to the client. I communicate and work with drivers daily to help them make deliveries on time while also communicating with the client. The drivers are great and I enjoy working towards a similar goal with them."
Share a little bit about what you created with your team and how it all came together. Think about your role in achieving the goal, whether that was contributing a special skill that you do best or helping to ensure strong communication on the team. Above all, emphasize that you DID enjoy the process and look forward to more collaborative projects in the future with AB InBev.

In the xxxxxx business school, I have many opportunities to collaborate with students all over the world. Usually, when I meet a large task or simulation, I will adopt the way of division of labor to cooperate. Each person is responsible for his own part, and finally, everyone will gather together. I think this is a good way to improve work efficiency. However, I tend to come up with ideas to solve problems together when we have to brainstorm or when we can't make a choice. I am enjoying the collaboration. We can generate more ideas in communication, and give each other feedback on what would help us achieve the overall goal.
