Considering Anheuser-Busch has already acquired more brands and developed more beers than nearly any other global beer company, this question is a tough one! It's also a smart way for hiring managers to test your knowledge of Anheuser-Busch. This is your opportunity to get creative and demonstrate solid business acumen.

"I know from my research that Anheuser-Busch puts a lot of effort into gaining momentum from millennial customers. This demographic is highly technical and constantly in touch via social media outlets. I would consider creating more consistent hashtags and additional hashtag-driven contests for social media. The customer could take photos with your product and then post them to their social media accounts. You can never have too much exposure on places like Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat."

"I have always enjoyed your higher-end products like 'Goose Island' and '10 Barrel.' There has been a big movement in the past 10 years toward craft beer. I think Anheuser-Busch could benefit from collaborating with more craft breweries to create interesting beers that would not otherwise be given the exposure."

You might share an idea for a new beer or talk about a different way they can give back to communities in need. First, you need to pick a topic, like investing in employees or developing a new beer to appeal to a broader demographic. Then, ensure you've taken into account Anheuser-Busch's values and culture so that you can share something that they would find interesting and relevant.

Health and wellness trends are not losing steam in 2021. People tend to choose the options with low or no carbs and calories. So Anheuser-Busch could develop new products that have low calories. This move expanded the select market to cater to consumer needs.
And then, I suppose Anheuser-Busch could appeal to millennial customers by marketing on the trendier social media, such as Tik Tok, Instagram. Millennials will be the majority of consumers.
