On a regular month, I handle a caseload of 150 cases which is completely manageable with standard planning. After a catastrophe, my caseload will be maximized to 500 cases per month which is manageable with team effort, careful planning, and the ability to be flexible because tasks will constantly shift when working as a team.
Marcie's Feedback
Great response! The interviewer will be impressed by your ability to handle so many cases. It's also beneficial that you mention working as a team when the caseload is exceptionally high due to a catastrophe. You make it clear that you work well independently but are also a good team player. Nice!
