I like to work with anyone that I can help; it's in my nature to be a better person every day. I am very eager to learn more about insurance, and the variety would be great.

Rachelle's Feedback
Fantastic response! I made minor adjustments.
I have a strong affinity for helping others, and it makes me a better person every day. If given the opportunity, I would like to learn as many facets of insurance as possible. Both the business/commercial and health/life sectors pique my interest. I have a passion for learning, so I am open to training in all areas possible.

Due to my 14 years of experience with medical coverage, I feel I would thrive in supplemental medical coverage or anything to do with injury. However, I am comfortable transferring my policy experience and learning business, and commercial policies.
Marcie's Feedback
This is a strong answer. You clearly have the background to thrive in health/life insurance, yet you remain open to moving into business/commercial if needed. Nice job!

I am new to this business so I haven’t developed a preference. I am willing to learn as much as I can whatever I am assigned.
Marcie's Feedback
Awesome! The interviewer will appreciate your openness. How else can you build out your response here to make it more detailed and meaningful? Why are you interested in working in insurance in the first place? What do you anticipate liking about it? Also, can you talk more about your willingness to learn new things? Mention that you're a quick learner who enjoys expanding your base of knowledge and that you look forward to doing that within this role.
Prepare for behavioral and insurance-specific questions Allstate interviewers prioritize.
